Staff very lackluster, very very long wait time in the waiting room

A multitude of errors: Virtual visit scheduled, did not call, was told he was running late and he would call soon. 1 hour later, called back, was told it was rescheduled to 10:00 AM, nobody called and notified me of that, was then told it was internet issues, and now the call was scheduled for 5:00 PM. Doctor called @ 5:45 said the office should have said, "at end of rounds, not 5:00" After call, went to office for a specimen to be sent to lab, was told about 5 days. After 10 days of not hearing, called back left a message no return call. 3 days later, called back, they said they would ck and call back. Never called back, I called left a message. When they finally returned my call, they informed me the lab lost my results. You would think if a practice does not have any results to a test, they would follow up with the lab. Dr. Reach may be a good doctor, I will never know, as the lack of communication and miscommunication of the staff has soured me on the practice.

Caring, competent, effective staff,on target addressing my painful issues and carefully explaining how to stay safe in this crazy Covid environment.

I am extremely happy with the injections that I got in both my feet. I got immediate relief. Doctor Reach was a pleasure as always to be seen by.

Dr. Reach is a caring doctor who listens patiently to any questions or concerns. He makes sure that one understands any information given or answers to questions one may ask.All the people in Dr. Reach's practice are friendly and respectful.

In 2017 dr reach operated on my left foot and ankle in a 4 hour surgery. . He had to do only ONE procedure on my to fix the problem,. It is now 4 years later. I am not able to put any weight on the left foot whatsoever, my balance Is off now, my gait is messed up because I can’t put weight on the left foot. I have learned he did 13 procedures on me when I only needed one procedure to fix my problem. There’s no quality to my life since he operated on me.

Dr. Reach's office staff is friendly and efficient. There is usually very little waiting. I have been seeing Dr. Reach for a foot issue for about 3 years and he has helped me tremendously. I recommend him and his office to anyone who needs compassionate, highly skilled orthopedic care.

Dr. Reach and his staff are terrific! I appreciate that Dr. Reach explains injury and care extremely well, and performed my surgery perfectly. His staff also take great care in their professions, from nursing. X-rays to billing, each interaction has been pleasant,

He takes the time to listen to you and understand your goals for the visit and what you're hoping to get out of the appointment, rather than coming in with a fixed perspective. He is very empathetic, eager to help and find the best care options for you as the patient. I would highly recommend. Very skilled and knowledgable. Well read on the current science, research, and advancements in medicine and treatment options. Very pleased!!
