I had a really unfortunate experience with this doctor. I saw him for an "independent" exam, which was not independent since the insurance company was paying him to do it. Seeking to seemingly appease them since they're paying him, his inaccurate exam report minimized my injury and resulted in discontinued coverage for treatment for the next 9 months until i had to get a lawyer to appeal it. Sadly, because of this experience, I am now essentially bed bound, unable to work, have no social life as I stay inside laying down all day, and am due for surgery next month since my condition has worsened. I have been in such horrible pain. Very sad that doctors like him are willing to make unethical decisions that so severely affect people's lives and health for money. I really wish he understood the pain and harm this type of behavior has on people's lives. 😭

The Doctor took the time to tell me what was causing the trigger finger, and froze my hand before administering the shot - much appreciated. The Doctor's expertise if giving me the shot.

I never had major surgery before so a knee replacement was a hugh deal. I felt very confident going into the surgery with Dr. Lorenze explaining what was going to happen. My appointment with Dr. Lorenze was very informative and made me feel far less apprehensive about my upcoming total knee replacement. He explained the total process and I left his office feeling very confident In him and that my surgery would go well.

Best orthopedic surgeon ever!! He not only is a hand specialist, but he has operated on my knees and shoulder. I highly recommend him.

I am impressed with the level of health care I have received with Dr. Lorenze and his staff. Office visits are crisp and well run so you rarely have to wait long. I have also had to re-schedule appointments a few times and they have been very accommodating. Most importantly I've had three surgeries over the years , (both knees and one hand) and everything has gone smoothly from pre-op, operation and post-op recovery. Highly recommend this practice.

I have know Dr. Lorenze for many years. I have used him for many surgeries... Trigger finger, rotator cuff tear and bicep muscle, knee arthroscopies, carpal tunnel release. I trust him 110 percent!!! He is kind, compassionate, caring and really takes interest with your concerns. And his staff Kim and Kiley are also the sweetest and most caring. Yeah team Lorenze!! A big thank you from Diane!!

My 'problem' had subsided between the time I made the appointment and my actual appointment. I decided to keep it anyway, and just check in with Dr. Lorenze. I thought he might be sick of seeing me, with the same complaint; different day, but he was very kind and patient with me. He was polite and caring
