Every single time I have spoke with the front desk, the women are incredibly rude and aggressive. They do not treat customers with respect, nor do they act like they care. They are going to loose patients over the disorganization the front desk has and the lack of customer service skills. I would not recommend to any one simply because of the font desk workers and poor attitude.

I think their answering service needs to be a little more professional. If you don't like you job that much why be there. Stop having a negative attitude.

Haven't been to see Dr. Baldwin in a while when I called to make an appointment on May 11 2017. The receptionists was so rude ranting and almost yelling that I would be charged as anew patient. I asked if it would affect my co pay she then went on saying she was doing me a favor to let me know I would be getting a bill from them. I asked so does Dr. Baldwin have anything today I think I need an antibiotic she said angrily NO he has nothing!! My family has been with Dr Baldwin over 15 years!

Dr. Baldwin is an excellent and very caring physician. He always takes the time to talk with and listen to his patients to administer to their needs. I have been under his care for a very long time and he has always been very attentive and helpful and offers excellent advice when requested.

I have been going to Dr. Baldwin for 7 years and he is by far the best Dr. I have ever gone to. I also see Cathy Demers in his office and she too is excellent.

Easy to make appointment. The office environment is friendly and welcoming. Dr. baldwin provides well explained answers to the many questions I have. He takes the time out to make sure you are comfortable. Very knowledgable and highly competent. Highly recommend Dr Baldwin.

Wanted to change blood pressure meds after being with him 10 years. He sent me to Cardiologists as "uncontrolled blood pressure". They were furious. Blood pressure is really what a GP does. I left.

Dr. Baldwin is excellent. He has one girl that works for him, not to mention names but she is a bit lazy when she is supposed to call you back or get paperwork for you. She always finds an excuse to procrastinate her job.
