Dr. Siegrist was generally lovely to deal with, but if you are trans and sent to his surgical center, be ready to possibly deal with a lot of self advocacy and possible medical transphobia. My wife had a good experience with him until it was surgery time, then was left feel vulnerable and scared by staff actively misgendering her minutes before surgery. They also tagged her as male on her documents despite the fact she has changed this, and blamed their system, which means they aren’t even up to date with the local Planned Parenthood in regards as keeping records while respecting patients. But for this doctor being the front and center for middlesex health’s trans urology care, we were profoundly disappointed in his staff. Because the doctor is a partial owner in the surgical center, we hope he has an influence in helping patients feel safer in the future. Will amend review if “Karen” at the other facility has been spoken with.

I saw Dr. Siegrist earlier this month. He was professional, compassionate and to-the-point. He sent me for blood work and met me again for follow-up. He explained to me that the situation I was dealing with, could, at times be from stress. He was correct. I highly recommend Dr. Siegrist.

Tried contacting at the recommendation of Middlesex ER for a large kidney stone. Called numerous times and left messages, with no response. As a result I went elsewhere.

Clearly doesn’t care for his patients. God forbid you get sick.😡 overnight and have to cancel. Was informed if I cancelled again no other apt would be made for me. This was a follow up apt. from a one week stay at hospital in December 2018. If he cared about a patient and not the insurance $$ he wouldn't have made my first apt.in February 2019. I didn't like him.😈 in the hospital either I am.😙 glad for my primary doctor and his care while inpatient.
