Dental Associates Kids's Online Review Report Card

I didn't really want to write this review. I also plan to check my insurance company to see what they billed me for, because at this point I don't believe that the service I received was legitimate. I also plan to reach out to BBB to see what to do to resolve it. So let me start off by saying this... The doctor and hygienist were exceptionally pleasant. Top notch. very personable. This is where things went wrong. Lets start with the first red flag- First appointment I waited an additional 45 minutes.. They called me while I was already in the parking lot to let me know that they were running late, and took at late lunch. unacceptable ... THATS THE RED FLAG, and I should have ran..... I BOOKED A FOLLOW UP.. " SOMETHING TOLD ME SHE WOULDN'T BE ON TIME.'' she assured me that I was booked, and she would come in earlier just for me. WOW.. I was amazed, but I didn't believe it. you can't " bull shit , a bullshitter." The day of the appointment I arrive on time...10 mins passed, and of course no one is around. so I called the office, and the receptionist said, oh she's running behind can you wait 30 additional mins. NO! NO! NO! people need to work. if you knew you couldn't wake up in time. why offer to extend that service. I'm over it. I PLAN TO FILE A COMPLAINT, AND YOU BETTER YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR I"M CALLING DELTA. she couldn't even call me to reschedule after she ran late. Again, personable.. I loved the energy. the doctor seem great, but lmao I wont return... believe that... People read the reviews before you visit. I ignored the 3.6 stars, but don't make the same mistake.

Dr Joe is the Best dentist I have ever meet, and his whole staff are perfect with kids and do an excellent job, with cleanings, explaining to the kids, and booking appointments, I'm very happy here and my kids are to, that's what's most important

I have been coming to this location since it was ran by Dr. Moon. It has always been a pleasure dealing with him and his assistants. Since the change over to Dental Associates the experience has been lack luster! Yesterday I went for a cleaning, had to wait 15 mins past my scheduled appointment time, but I won't complain. I'm working on my patience so that didn't bother me much. The women who cleaned my teeth was an angel. She was awesome, warm, very informative and just a sweet person! The dentist on the other hand DR. FUSULIO or however you spell it, was a rude, PRICK! After the assistant explained to him that I was pregnant 5 times, he still continued to chastise her asking why she hadn't taken any X-rays. He did not listen to her at all, was very short and rough when he began to check over my teeth and the work that she had previously just done. Not only that, he referred to me as the "Husky patient" upon entering the room, when in fact my name is Melody. His whole aura and demeanor was disgusting. The whole ordeal assured me that you are in fact judged by your insurance when in medical or dentist offices! I had been a long time patient with Dr. Moon who was great but I will never step foot in this location again due to the ignorance and disrespect by the dentist. And I will be writing negative reviews on all platforms. ASSHOLE

The doctors here are really great, so it's a shame that the front desk staff, though very friendly, have no idea what they're doing. I asked if the work I was having done was all in my insurance and they said yes. I paid what they asked for upfront and they told me I may end up owing an additional $100, but to not pay it yet because negotiating with my insurance may make it lower. Then I received a bill for 200something dollars. When I called to see why that was they said that I should not pay it because they were still negotiating with my insurance and that I'd receive a bill for less in a few weeks. Finally, I got a bill for $366. So I called to make sure that was just another "we're still negotiating" thing. But instead they told me it was the correct bill and they don't know why someone told me $100. This isn't the first time Dental Associates of CT has screwed someone in my family but I thought the last time was because my partner had a different insurance plan. Turns out Dental Associates of CT is just a scam. Don't do it.

The staff here is amazing! I was a little worried when Dr. Lee left, but the whole new crew put those concerns to rest quickly. Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make me smile along with them. I can't say enough! They know a lot about everything from my teeth to insurance. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and coming back for my future cleanings.

My first time coming to this office was great. I was greeted when I walked through the door and was seen 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. I hadn't been to the dentist in around a year so my teeth were covered in moss. Nina did my cleaning and she was extremely gentle and thorough. By far the best teeth cleaner I have ever been to.My teeth feel great.ill definitely be back.

I was not a big fan of my dentist but since the new group has taken over I really like them. I have been coming to this place for years and although the previous dentist was a nice guy I just continued to go to them just because I was too lazy to find a new dentist. The first change is the music. Under the previous management it seemed like they subscribed to elevator music. This time the music was great. I asked the hygienist who picked the music and she said it was her choice. Secondly, I loved Nina, she actually spoke with me and explained things to me that no other hygienist ever did. The comfort level was tremendous. Normally when I come out of the dentist my mouth is in pain, today it was different my teeth were cleaned but the professional touch Nina had was tremendous. I am a big fan of the new dental group which is there now.

Top notch!!! My experience was great and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend!

I love coming to this office! The staff is so nice and friendly. They truly make you feel comfortable. Dr Ghomi and Dr. Fusillo take such good care of me. My smile is the best it has ever been thanks to them! I highly recommend this practice.
