Didn't do my teeth right with braces. Now I gotta get braces again

BEWARE!!! They reserve the right to remove braces from kids when their teeth are not clean. In their judgement, no teeth are clean. They end up keeping your money and do not keep braces on for more than a few months. I brought my kid to the dentist for a cleaning, then brought him straight to this place only to be told that he had dirty teeth. They removed his braces, stopped treatment and told me they will not refund me. I asked around and they do this to EVERYONE. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Dr. Friedman and the entire staff could not be more wonderful. They are caring and accommodating at the office. Dr. Friedman and the staff go above and beyond to deliver excellent care.
