I had one of the best experiences with Dr. Spivack. Her team are incredibly personable and professional. They were prompt with my procedure and effectively followed up with me a week later. Dr. Dr. Spivack has terrific bedside manner and really understands making me feel cared for and safe under her leadership. (I never write reviews and would prefer not to have my name public but I had such a great experience that I really want folks to know and encourage then to utilize her talents!)

While Dr. Spivack is accomplished and very nice, her office staff are unprofessional and disorganized. It took 6 weeks to get a call back to schedule a colonoscopy. I already booked with a different doctor/office by then. Next 4 different staffers called to schedule me. I told each one my husband and I were no longer patients. Then the office manager called trying to get us to come back but never said they were sorry, never accepted responsibility - it was the "system." They are NOT client centered and don't know who is doing what in that office. Trying to transfer my husband's medical charts that weren't in the system like mine were, they ignored the request (4 weeks) and told the new doctor - "We'll get to his records when we get to it."

Dr. Spivack is the most amazing doctor and one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life. I went to her 10 years ago. She was my 3rd opinion and at that point I had very little hope or fight left in me. She listened to my ideas, she cares so much, answers questions, and goes above and beyond to help. Thanks to her, I have been working full time for over 8 years, very active, and in complete remission. Even in remission she continues to monitor me very closely every few months with blood work, office visits, and endoscopies. I love going to see her and her nurses. I can't thank her enough for what she has done and continues to do for me. She is smart, patient centered, and has wonderful bedside manner. Her patience amazes me. I used to be so nervous in the beginning too and she always calmed me down. I have so much respect for her and I trust her completely.
