Although the actual Doctor is good, the wait time for him running behind is horrendous. Even more inexcusable is the “PA’s”. They are always always behind. Minimum 30 minutes. It’s egregious

When your pain management physician can’t be bothered to document the concerns of his patient because he’s too busy practicing his golf swing while you, the patient, are still lying on his treatment table and talking about the things that concern you… it is time to find a new doctor/specialist. One with integrity, who makes the patient care they’re providing the priority over his own golf swing at 9am on a Wednesday morning.

Do not go to this Office. You only see the one real Doctor on your first appointment and when he forces you to get injections. I'm assuming because he gets a few thousand for them and you are in there maybe 15 minutes. Even when you tell him you have had them multiple times with other Drs. And they do not work or help at all. They actually cause more pain in my experience with every Dr who has done them. I'm specifically talking about my spine, I have had injections in my shoulder and hip which do help a lot. But very different medical reasons and type of shot. If you try to refuse the injections that Dr Sood only does his staff at the reception area threatens to with hold your medication. And refuse to give you another appointment unless you comply. Compassionate care which is on their website is total crap. They threaten you with not giving you your medication if you call because your sick, try to change an appointment, can't wait 2 hours for your appointment that has been running late, etc. But when they need to cancel your appointment because of staffing issues they have no problem sending in your prescriptions. If it's the other way and you need to cancel or change you are told they can't send your script unless you are seen in the office. 3 months in a row they canceled and sent my scripts. Funny how the rules change when it's convenient for them. I was actually told when I called 2 days ahead after being exposed to multiple people who tested positive for COVID that I couldn't change or cancel my appointment without a negative test which takes 3 days to get results. They could have offered a Telehealth appointment for this particular situation but didn't. Actually I was told no after I asked after what I was told. She then said come in anyway or you won't get your medication. Needless to say I canceled anyway and never returned. The PAs constantly quit because of the number of patients they must see per hour. A former PA told me this at my second appointment. They are only allotted 15 minutes per patient at least back then. They must see 4 per hour. The assistant who walks you into the exam rooms, which they have multiple, are supposed to check your blood pressure and one or two other physical things skip that part quite a bit. Run through questions as fast as they can. Not great care at all. They enter the wrong information frequently into your records. And don't fix them. Which can cause all types of problems for you. Financial as well as personal. I'm sure in this type of practice they get some troublesome patients but that does not give them an excuse to treat patients so nasty and yell out personal information that everyone can hear. Extremely unprofessional. I highly suggest if you are in need of this type of specialized care you find any other practice. They act like drug dealers and treat you like an addict. Not Dr Sood himself but his staff is well trained to do this to people. Because most people will just take this type of behavior because they do have serious chronic pain problems or they will get very sick on top of the pain from being cut off with no help or medical intervention to help with the withdrawal process. They won't even answer a question about any of it. So much more I could say but this is the most important information anyone considering this practice should be aware of. One last thing, this is the one and only review I have ever written. Hope this helps when making an important decision which is about your quality of life.

Dr. Sood and his staff are excellent. I had a great experience today. They were able to get me in on short notice. He took the time to understand my issue and diagnose me accordingly and accurately. He even gave me additional insight to share with my primary care doctor. Thanks team!

He sucks do not go to him he's arrogant he has a God conflicts and if he book with him you'll see him once and then every other time he'll get his partners and thwill give you excuse why he's not there

They are very nice and profectional

They don't make you wait too long anymore. They manage my medications okay. I see them once a month for chronic pain following spine surgery which was performed by another doctor, not them.

Place is horrible lack of professionalism within staff and Doctor only cares about the money . Don’t waste your money or time here .
