My young daughter had to get some dental work done and she is a very nervous child when it comes to doctors/dentists (even for routine checkups). But the whole entire staff was SO amazing! She had the best experience and we are SO happy we chose to go to Smile Ark when we moved to the area. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is a wonderful office to bring your children to. My son said “yay” when I told him it was dentist day. Everyone in the office is so kind you can tell they truly care about the kids and making it a positive experience for them. I was bummed to learn my child had a cavity but they were so non-judgemental and reassuring it made the experience much better than it could have been. Not to mention employees from other rooms kept helping me take care of my toddler so I could speak with the dentist.

The team at Smile Ark is absolutely incredible with young children. Our 2 year old son sometimes gets scared at his medical appointments, but through calm voices and friendly, low-pressure conversation and encouragement, they helped him feel confident in spite of his initial anxiety when we first arrived. He calmly and happily enjoyed his very first dental appointment, and I would recommend Smile Ark to everyone with a child. Thank you so much for the wonderful work that you all do!

Booked here for my son’s first dental appointment. He’s 2.5 and I was worried it would be a scary experience for him. It was quite the opposite! They do an amazing job of making it comfortable for the kids: 1. Inviting waiting room with great toys 2. A choice of kid-friendly tooth brushes 3. TVs in each exam room and they asked my son what he wanted to watch. 4. Little giveaways at the exit (stickers and fun toys) 5. Started the appointment on time He didn’t want to leave!

We love Smile Ark! My 7 yr old looks forward to his visits with Missy the hygienist and Dr. Lee, my (almost) 2 yr old had her second cleaning and did so great! . The office and staff are very inviting and friendly. We moved over the summer and drive a little further to get there now, BUT we love it there and I would drive over an hour to take my kids to see them if I had to.

Although we really liked smile arc for a typical Cleaning, when it came to actually having work done (cavity filled) both my husband and I felt like the Dentist could have taken more care to support our young child and alleviate his stress and fear.

We visited this dentist office today with my children, and the service was excellent. Even though we arrived 38 minutes late, they were still able to see both of my kids, which I truly appreciated. The staff was kind, patient, and incredibly professional throughout the entire visit. Once the kids were done, they even received a small gift, which made the experience extra special for them. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this dentist office to other families.
