I like Dr. Rago he's a nice guy, but after a carpal tunnel procedure in 9/19 I had a lot of pain and swelling. Disturbingly he said he didn't know how or why this was happening. This condition resulted in wide spread scar tissue and nerve damage. Now more then three years later I have little sense of touch in three fingers just a constant stinging and or burning sensation in those fingers. If I had been a key board operator, piano player or surgeon it would be career ending. So sadly I must recomend you seek out a different Dr. for you hand surgery.

I saw Dr. Rago for an injury to my finger where the nerves were damaged and he was able to remove the debris in my hand and fix my nerves. He also had a good bed-side manner! Loves his operating suite - didn’t have to go to the hospital.

Dr Rago operated on my husbands hand. His pain was incredible, but after surgery Bill felt so much better Dr Rago is kind and considerate and an wonderful hand surgeon. Thank you Dr Rago

I had surgery with Dr. Rago about a year ago and kept meaning to write a review. The office was professional, efficient. Staff were courteous. I felt very well cared For. Dr. Rago is a very skilled surgeon and I would highly recommend him My husband needs hand surgery now and we wouldn't think of seeing anyone else.

I've been to Dr. Rago for hand surgery and he's excellent, kind and caring. I will be going back for another appointment very soon with a trigger finger! Dr. Rago is the best hand surgeon in Connecticut!

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Rago and his staff. Follow up is great. I would go to him again for any upper extremity issue.

Dr. Rago is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He is very warm, friendly & personable person. He is thorough throughout my visit. He took time to listen to my concern as well as explained the surgery procedure clearly to me. My carpal tunnel surgery went very well from the first day. The office staffs afe very nice and accomodative. The surgery center is very clean and the staffs there are awsome. One even took me to the car on the wheelchair. I highly reccomend Dr. Rago.
