They are very selective who they admit to the program. I have tried twice and was denied twice. The staff ignores your messages and they do not call you back. I need the surgery be4cuase I have a lot of medical conditions that would be alleviated by weight and yet they keep denying even after my doctor refereed me to them. I have been told to use another program because of this issue.
I was referred to this weight loss place by my doctor and I spoke to a nice doctor I didn't want to just jump into bariatric surgery didn't think I needed it I was interested in a medical injections for weight loss and and I had an appointment set up in the March2022 well it's was in Oct when my appointment in March it it was changeJuly2023 i wouldn't recommend I don't know if I'll will be seen at all I'm very disappointed an think that it would improve my health but I don't feel like I'm valued
As a health care provider myself, HIPPA laws were violated by this facility many times. Actions need to be taken. Staff members needs to be address. Very disappointing.
The staff in this office was very rude. My sister went for an appointment and two staff discussed her chart out loud with the door open (anyone can listen) and exchanging giggles. One of them made a remark of “she’s already had this done what else can we do for her?” This is not how patients should be treated. Not only that a nurse comes out to the STAFF defense and flipping it on my sister who is now upset and has every right to be. Not only are they not doing their jobs right by violating a law…they are not doing their jobs right by making a patient feel uncomfortable about something they are trying to fix. This needs to be addressed and not look passed. If they can do it to one patient I’m sure they doing it to every other patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
