Elizabeth Anne Fasy's Online Review Report Card

Let me start by saying I don't have any complaints about Dr. Fasay she's great, however I'm giving the rest of the staff 2 stars because I called for prescription scripts to my new pharmacy and one of the receptionist seemed to be in a hurry and wasn't very polite. I've called several times since then to speak to someone and everytime it's the same thing they have a high call volume, so I leave a message about my medications and after 5 days I still don't have any of my medications. As much as I love Dr. Fasay, not having my medications for 5 days is unacceptable.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. If you do the e-Check in the day before, you literally just breeze in. Dr Fasy was on time so waiting time in the waiting room and the examination room was minimal.This was a follow up visit with Dr Fasy, who was friendly and warm. She asked details about my condition and personal interests (she remembered or at least took notes about them) which eased my anxiety. We discussed my conditions and her recommended actions for the future. I am a patient who want to know the basic science behind the treatment plan and she did a great job with her explanations. She has great bed-side manners and her assistants are efficient and friendly.A very good visit over all.

I needed a endocrinologist (a diabetic doctor) and Dr. Elizabeth Fasy, MD is it. She listened to me and my concerns and is willing to help me to get my sugar levels under control. She is superb at what she does and very knowledgeable about diabetes. She broke down everything for me like the portion of food I should eat and what I should eat from what I shouldn't eat. Also, excellent service from the faculty and staff that works there. If you don't believe me, please do check it out for yourself.

Dr. Fasy is a caring, interested physician. I am very fortunate to have found her.. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you for such good care.

Dr Fasy a d her medical assistant was amazing. The rest of the process a nightmare. I spent two months trying to get an appointment with Dr Aenado. Your office kept saying need more paperwork etc. Finally the appointment was made one day before the appointment your office canceled without telling me then insisted I move my appointment to Farmington with Dr Fasy. I am not upset with her. Your management was an extremely stressful horrible experience. I was very unhappy. You need to fix your staff for

I don't know who the 1-and 2-star raters were seeing. The Dr. Fasy who's been treating me for a few years is a warm and sensitive physician who listens to her patient, really knows her medicine, and tells you if she doesn't know the answer to a Q. I've referred friends to her and they come away with the same feeling.

Dr. Fasy has provided me with excellent assistance to help me improve my health with her suggestions and actions. She is available to answer questions and help with any issues I have. I could not ask for a better doctor and will continue to see her.

I felt like Dr. Fasy was willing to spend the time with me without feeling like I was being rushed to make room for the next patient

I felt like my visit was a waste of time. She was very mechanical and her bedside manner was very dry. I felt like she dismissed my concerns and kept going with her Dr Script. I left there more confused than ever. This was the first Dr I ever encountered that didn’t LISTEN. I would talk and she typed and every once in awhile picked her head up and said uh huh! Very disappointed!
