The dr is great but the hoops you have to jump through to book an appointment is ridiculous. The girl who always answers the phone is so rude and not helpful at all. This has happened 4 times already and she is down right nasty! She acts like she doesn't have time and says she will get back to you and never does. Her attitude is very disgusting!

Dr. Anaedo was well aware of my case and issues right at our first meeting. She had done her homework reviewing ma case prior to our meeting. She asked if I had any questions or concerns. Answered all of them, in a way I could understand. She put a plan into place for my treatment immediately. Over all an excellent experience.

I had a delightful experience! Everyone was so friendly and took the time to make some conversation. I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Anaedo answered all my questions with a smile!

In person experience at this provider's office is always good. The doctor is thorough and spends time talking to you about different medications available to control Type II Diabetes. However, this provider had a huge communication problem -- their complete lack of response to phone messages left for them. As of November 29th, this office seems to have fixed the communication problem. I received a call back from a very helpful person, Jenn Disney (not sure of her title but extremely knowledgeable). She provided me with the information I needed and it was a relief to finally get to talk to someone. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office now since they fixed the only problem they seemed to have.

Don't waist your time of calling the office to schedule and appointment! No one is picking up the phone, or calling back! When I finally was finally able to talk to someone (after calling daily for a week), the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! And had no intention of helping!!!!

Dr.Anaedo had rerviewed my chart before entering the examination room. She reviewed the lab results with me and gave me a chance to comment or ask questions. She slowly and carefully went over options available for my osteoporosis treatment.Dr, Anaedo is respectful, pleasant, and easy to converse with and provided sufficient opportunities for questions from me.My appointment was on time with the staff handling my check in and vital signs, etc. in a professional, but comfortable and friendly manner.
