Disappointed I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Caines. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unheard. While I understand every provider has their own style, I personally felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the communication lacked empathy.This was particularly difficult for me as I was seeking support during a challenging time, and I left feeling more isolated and frustrated than when I arrived.This was just my experience, but I hope future visits are better for others.

Dr Caines has always responded to my requests to be seen. 2022 was a terrible year for me medically and now 2023 is not looking good either. I have been to University ER 9 times and admitted 5 times with various conditions over the last year. Dr Caines has always visited me as a inpatient. She is aware I’m not a supporter of the new outpatient primary care and inpatient hospitalist.

Dr. Caines is fantastic. She's easy to talk to and takes the time to fully explain things and answer any questions I may have. I feel that she genuinely cares about my health and well-being and I have complete confidence in her knowledge and judgment. She's also a very genuine, caring person who called me outside of office hours last year to see how I was doing when my mother passed away. Not many doctors would do that. I consider myself very lucky to have Dr. Caines as my primary care physician.

Dr Caines is an outstanding doctor. She has diagnosed some unique ailments of mine. If she doesn't know, she researches it to come to a correct diagnosis. She has always afforded me time at each visit. She is very thorough and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend her.

I don’t review things to often but I have to. This “dr” care and bed side manner is beyond atrocious. I’m not being treated properly for my pain and she has shown nothing less than disregard. I will be finding another Dr soon that isn’t as disgusting as she has shown towards me as a patient
