Dr. Mark has helped me so much with my alignment and posture. Not only does he make the proper adjustments, he gives you the reasons for your misalignments and the exercises to do to prevent further issues. I never feel like he’s trying to get me to come more often than necessary which is helpful if you’re paying out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dr. Mark after experiencing severe pain in my neck. He spent significant time examining me and ordered an MRI to confirm the appropriate course of treatment. Through regular visits my neck pain has disappeared. Not only does Dr. Mark do chiropractic adjustments, he utilizes acupuncture, heat lamps, and heating pads prior to the adjustment. Dr. Mark and his staff also gave me strengthening/stretching exercises to do at home to aid in my recovery. Dr. Mark has also assisted me with an ankle issue and knee injury. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

dr mark is very thorough and knowledgeable. he has helped me with a lot of neck back shoulder knee and hand pain. he can quickly identify what is going on and the best treatments. after a few visits with him you will feel so much better. he explains everything very well and will answer all of your questions and provide you with the best care. I highly recommend him. I have seen many other drs and he is the best

I came here not knowing if I would be able to fly in a plane my back pain was so severe. With just 4 sessions with Dr. Stagg I was pain free. I was able to go on vacation and hike! I have sent 2 friends here so far and they are also feeling pain relief and very happy.
