Very relaxing experience in the office. That is very important for a new patient. Everyone is very nice as well!

So this is simply put, this is nothing but a shot mill! And they don't care if they place the injection in the correct location or not, nor do they care if they call you by the right name...... and they certainly didn't care for me. I also suggest you look up complaints against this doctor so you can see, what you're getting into.I'm registering my complaints here and with the dph.

My first vist was late in 2019. ⭐ one star. I was seeking help serious osteoarthritis pain in my lower back & hips. They have an impressive web site describing many procedures they provide! It looked fantastic! I brought along the MRI, CT scan & x-rays of my hips on disks. I was told their computers were not fast enough to read the media. What??? They are specialists in pain & spine management. They don't have anyone who can read these tests themselves? They don't want to make their own diagnosis? Computers too old to read the magnetic media? My elderly PC from 10 years ago ran those disks! They only wanted the written report with the opinions of the clinics where the diagnostic procedures were performed. A somewhat national pain management clinic can't do this? It took months to get most of the info the way they wanted it. l still do not have what they consider reliable diagnostic reports on my hip x-rays. Dr. Boolbo told me he could not treat my hips till they had the written opinion of whoever read the x-rays. I asked him what magic he would perform to make me all better. He said steroid shots & pain pills were the only treatments available. What happened to all the other treatments listed on web site? Then he & his staff neglected to take a urine test before prescribing meds. My insurance co had to pay for another appointment for me to pee in a cup & wait 2 more weeks for results. I'm not sure whether l had to come back again to get the results to receive the RX for pain meds meds. I also had to pay Uber for two extra trips. Finally, they prescribed the pain meds & l had a procedure for my back involving steroid shots in my lower back. The procedure itself was about as impersonal as anything l have ever seen. Nothing for my hips. There was no explanation of what he was doing except to be sure he spoke over my head & refused to repeat himself if l did not understand! I didn't. Dr. Boolbo, a pain specialist? No way. ⭐ one star. Just a "PIA"Dr. I was pleased beyond belief when he told me that he was leaving to start his own practice nearby & gave me a printed doc effective April 1st. Then covid-19 hit & all procedures were postponed. Boolbo left on schedule. Thank God. And his staff left with him too, all but one. She finally left a year later. 😃 Dr. Chang took over & did telemedicine calls for my meds in perfect English till procedures were again safe. I was so impressed by the attention to detail, caring and the timely attention provided by the new staff. 💖 Dr. Chang is incredible! He describes everything he is doing! Not the wham bam procedure provided by Dr. Boolbo! Dr. Chang provided a caring careful more precise procedure that took more time, and they made sure you are ok before leaving. Now l highly recommend this clinic & Doctor. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ Unfortunately Dr. Chang left to go work in a hospital for less money as an anesthesiologist. New in 2021, Dr deLara is really good and APRN Kelly Wilbur is great. Treats patients with respect. Must schedule appts 30 days in advance. Very pleased with current staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing office and Drs

Very helpful with pain issues. Staff professional and friendly.

The practitioners are excellent. But I have had several issues with the office dropping the ball with prescriptions on medication that terrible withdrawal occurs without it. Getting a call back within 24 hours basically does not happen. I have had two medical situation‘s due to the medication prescribed to me and have called the emergency on-call service and both times no one ever got back to me. I understand the medical crisis as I work in the field myself but if you’re on call you should at least have the courtesy to call the patient. This is your responsibility to the patient.

Dr. Took his time to listen to my concerns and medical history didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Was thorough in explaining my treatment options .Medical assistants were awesome and very friendly making me very comfortable durning my visit.

I would not recommend this place for any type of pain issue. My husband and i moved and had to find a dr that did spinal radiofrequency ablations. My husband has had this procedure done before. He had Dr. Kristoffer, unsure if i spelt his name correct, but he said that my husband had to do the beginning process again for some reason. After that was done, my husband goes in for a checkup to do the actual procedure and was informed by Dr, Wilbur that he did not have to get that first procedure done since he has been through the process already.Well, they charged us for the procedure he was NOT supposed to have. Also, trying to contact the office and telling them about the situation. They did not care how much we owed all they cared about was getting the money. I have called them and informed them of the over charge that we should of not been charged for due to Dr. Kristoffer's misinformation. They proceeded to inform that that was the correct info. Please look at my husband chart because Dr. Wilbur was about to see that instantly and he did not need the procedure in the first place.Once i provided my info for payment i received a letter from collections a month later with no warning for anything. This place is a joke of a facility.DO NOT GO HERE!

I was hoping to be seen early since I was 20 minutes early and the place was quiet. No such luck! I was seen about a half hour after my scheduled time. It happens. No hard feelings... this time. Dr. DeLara is totally worth it!
