List of Seth Brown's Reviews
Seth was dismissive when asked specific questions right before surgery. No eye contact, poor preop communication and post op. Still unclear of what exactly was done but supposedly no need to return. (Tumor is fine I guess 😳) will head to Yale.
And thanks to my surgeon Dr. Brown, to make me feel comfortable, treat me with dignity, answered all my questions and above all, after the surgery didn’t feel any pain or discomfort that I read are common after surgery, liked your personality, your respect for your patient and your professionalism. You are the best surgeon on your field.Thank you
Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off the front desk staff looked miserable, no one smiled, and the customer service was awful. I felt like an inconvenience just for being there. The doctor (Dr. Brown) was rushed, dismissive, and barely listened to anything I said. Zero compassion, zero clarity, and definitely no sense of care. Everyone in the waiting room looked just as unhappy as I felt walking out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I am very grateful that I was cared for by Seth Brown. He was a consumate professional, highly educated in his field. But yet he was compassionate, friendly, kind and so thorough. He answered all of my questions, I would highly recommend this Doctor if you want top tier health care. Ty to his staff as well, such a great team. Minimum wait time and service with a smile. If you need an ENT, he's your guy!
Fantastic physician. Thorough examination and very personable. Highly recommend.
Dr. Seth Brown is absolutley amazing. He listens to his patients and genuinly cares. He explains exactly what's going on to the extent that you have no questions when the apointment is done. His work just as amazing, truly gifted and skilled Dr.
If your looking for an ENT specialist, Dr. Seth Brown is the go to person. Professional, attentive, and his work, outstanding. I was sad to hear he's no longer operating out of the Bloomfield office. A Master at his craft.
Looked up my nose with his cellphone flashlight hours after post-op to tell me my splint from my surgery did not shift. Took a trip to urgent care, and a doctor there telling the receptionist I needed steroids- for Dr.Brown to even see me for pain and swelling. Almost one month post op I still cannot breathe out of the right side of my nose.
Has provided good ear care. I've seen Dr. Brown for several years. He is pleasant, has a sense of humor, and has taken good care of me.
Don't waist your time with the doctor Dr Brown was recommenced because I had constant sinus issues. I was having sinus issues 3 to 4 times each year. He did some testing and then brought me in for another visit to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. I eventually found a doctor that was very helpful. Dr Brown is not helpful and is arrogant and rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
