Not too sure what was wrong with one of the check in/ check out assistants, she was very rude. I came out after my routine 4 week visit to check out and no one bothered to attend to me or ask if I needed any assistance. Which I did, I was asked to wait at the front to schedule my next set of 4 week appointments. I noticed the energy in the room was off with the other 2 who were free at the time. I simply left and decided I’ll call in instead of having to deal with that type of attitude.

The Outpatient Pavilion at UCONN has a wonderful sitting area outside of the front of the building you can sit at while you wait..

We went for the vaccinations, the first dose, it seems very organized.

Covid vaccine patients: use the parking garage right across from the pavilion. There is no charge. Getting the vaccine for me was quick and easy, thanks to all the volunteers!
