Excessive wait times, unable to get through to someone locally. Most delis have a better system of managing customers. Good thing it isnt like they manage something important like health.

As a college student, I had trouble finding a doctor who’d speak to me with respect for my medical issues. Dr. Salm is an amazing doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone. He actually cares about his patients.

This practice has zero regard for their patients. They are incredibly difficult to reach and do not return calls. My mother has been a patient of Dr. Salm’s for over 20 years and her health is declining. Out of deep concern, I have called and left several (I’m on #6 now) messages with the receptionist for a simple doctors recommendation. They assured me the note would be put in ASAP each day. It’s been over a week and I have called everyday, still with no response from the doctor. Avoid this practice at all cost. They are disgraceful and useless.

David Salm and his associates are the best. So knowledgeable and the whole service is truly comprehensive. The fact they are in the ProHealth network is a huge plus. Their services are all priced reasonably and they cover most insurance as well. I feel like I am taken care of here. A+ stuff found here!

I have gone to Dr. David Salm for over 20 years. I have always found him to be an outstanding physician. He is compassionate and competent. He has a unique ability to interpret complex medical issues in to terms that I can understand. I could not be more pleased with the care I have received from him.

Have never had a good experience at this office. Staff is blatantly rude and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Needed to get chicken pox vaccine for grad school, they made me wait for an hour and then came out and informed me they forgot to order the vaccine and I would need to come back next week. Mind you, I had already taken three hours of sick leave from work to come here today. Every time my visit seems to get worse and worse, my wife and I have decided to leave their practice and find somewhere new.
