I've never even considered walking out in the middle of a Drs appointment, this was VERY close. She got miffed when I was not sure of results from previous medications I had been on from years ago, even though she has the medical records right there in her hands. Dismissed concerns from other physicians in the same medical group regarding my treatment. People with this type of personality need to be out of my life.

I brought my husband in as requested by Middlesex Hospital for a post-hospital emergency stay. He has Alzheimer's Disease and is non-verbal. She appeared to dismiss him as though he wasn't worth helping since he is terminal anyway. She didn't listen. I had to ask her 3 times to check his lungs for pneumonia. I didn't have any information with me from the hospital and she said that was ok & that Dr. Mintell would get it. We left disgusted and with no better information than when we went in. She didn't seem to want to be bothered with us and was anxious to get us out from the minute we got there.

Absolutely horrendous listening skills. Do not recommend.

Dr. Kasaraneni does not have very good listening skills, She is pleasant enough but when I am trying to explain my issues with my health, she cuts me off, by telling me how she believes "things" should be handled. I am was a new patient as of end of year 2019; I Do Not believe she has looked at my 10 years of previous history per med.records sent in November 2019. I have lots of issues with arthritis and she refuses to check my history for what medicine as worked so that my QUALITY of life is as it WAS before she decided to change everything. I am used to using my PCP for all medication needs since 2000 and it seems all she is concerned about is blood pressure and cholesterol??

Dr. K is the most thorough and detailed doctor I have ever seen. She did not rush me-answered to all questions easily so I could understand. I was very impressed and am delighted to be her patient! Thank you Dr. K.

My Mom is a patient of Dr. Kasaraneni and unlike some of the other feedback, I have been very pleased with her care. When my Mom first switched from her prior PCP to Dr. Kasaraneni about 4 years ago, she had lots of complicated issues going on. Dr. Kasaraneni addressed each one systematically, and even called me a number of times at 10 or 11pm just to check on my Mom. I also find all the folks at this practice to be very responsive and friendly. I am grateful we connected with Dr. Kasaraneni and have no hesitation in recommending her.

I phoned the office to inquire about a specific medical situation. The Office Manage Joline was condescending, impersonal and unwilling to pass along the correct information to Dr. Kasaraneni. I requested to speak with her personally. She had been my physician for many years. Even more disappointing was Dr. K's response Joline called me back with. She,wouldn't give me the courtesy of a brief phone call. Her response was curt and did not offer a solution to my issues A dehumanized business.

I have found Dr. Kasaraneni to focus in on the details of my bloodwork. She determined I had a kidney stone when I had already been to the er and my gyno and had not been diagnosed. She is not quick to put patients on meds--encouraging lifestyle and diet changes first. When I was sent to a nephrologist by my urologist the office called to check to make sure that everything was all right and to see if there was anything I needed from them. They did this without me ever contacting them--just after they had received a report from the urologist. I have felt that while she has high expectations of the patient's responsiblity for their own health she understands the daily struggles that this takes and encourages you to make better choices.

This doctor has a tendency of brushing you off as you are speaking. She does not seem to care about her patients, but rather more about the money, perhaps? I have not had a good experience, I felt as though I was bothering her and I have heard this same complaint from several others who have had her and switched to other physicians. The office staff and nurses are also unprofessional and rude. I was told I had to check if I had insurance in order to make an annual physical with my doctor. I am very sure I have insurance and never had to do this in the past. When I called back to make appointment I wasn't even asked for confirmation on my phone call to my insurance company, it was a waste of time to even call. I even overheard staff speak about clients in an annoying manner while waiting to be called in. Very uncomfortable and uncaring environment. Be warned!
