Dr. Banki is always professional, courteous, and extremely thorough ! That is why I continue to drive all the way from Somers to Glastonbury (35 miles).

Dr. Banki is thorough and his staff is professional. They took me on time and answered all of my questions. He showed concern about my family history and decided to see me twice a year instead of annually. Also, an elderly lady arrived at the same time as me. She had gotten stuck in traffic and she was 30 minutes late for her appointment. They took her right in. I was glad to see that because she was pretty old and it looked like an effort to get there.

Unless you're going for a non-urgent matter, don't bother. The most dysfunctional office I've ever seen. First, they are closed on Fridays, but nowhere in their voice message do they mention that, so I spent all day trying to get through to them. I left two urgent messages, and no one called me back. I tried again on Monday as soon as they opened, only to be transferred to the ONLY person who could make me an appointment. They told me to leave her a message, and she would call me back to set up the appt. I explained that I had left two messages, but they insisted I leave another one. My rheumatologist sent over an urgent referral on Wednesday; it's now Monday, and I can't even speak to someone. I made an appointment elsewhere.

Justina is fantastic! Dr. Banki won’t see new patients. The front door was left locked while patients stood outside waiting (more than once). Staff wore masks under noses and patients walked the office without masks.

Dr. Banki is very thorough and complete with his examination of the skin. I have great respect and confidence in his ability as a dermatologist. I would recommend him highly.

My recent experience with Justyna Pachowska was highly satisfactory. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding and very accommodating with my needs and my schedule. The staff is very personable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this practice and I look forward to my next visit.

The staff has always been helpful. The location is convenient for me. The doctor and his medical staff were friendly and polite. Seeing him for some skin cancer issues. My experiences have been very good.

Office staff was polite and wait time was short. They made a scheduling error that was fixed quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Dr. Banki was thorough and personable. Would recommend this office to others.

I like this office. Staff is extremely pleasant, very little wait time and I trust this office. My visits are with Justina Pachowska, PA-C, she's outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, great personality and you can ask her anything. I highly recommend her and this office.
