Dr. Cappa was excellent to deal with. Although I didnt get complete resolution, I feel like he took a real interest and would be available to help.

I see Dr. Cappa once a year and yet he makes me feel like we are old friends and I could tell him anything. It is so rare these days and so refreshing! He is quite competent and I would be very comfortable recommending him to anyone.

Dr. Cappa was very professional and made me very at ease prior to the procedure.

was in hospital and never got to see him and never got any responses from him, needed a follow up could not get in to see him at all, had to see PA all the time , I was very sick in hospital for 2 weeks called his office to try to speak to him never got in touch with me, Was my doctor for my many years. Didn't know what was going with me , no answers . I would not recommend him if you have a serious problem, you would never get into see him if you needed to, you would always see a PA which didn't know anything that was going with me. I was told he doesn't do hospital visits . terrible experience.

Dr Cappa was very friendly, taking the time to speak to me before a routine colonoscopy and answer all my questions before being put under, this despite the office being clearly busy with a half dozen patients. A striking feature of the office is how engaging the staff is. Everyone makes it a point to allay any apprehension patients might have. Nurse Leslie in particular was exceptionally warm and helpful. The office is 40 minutes from where I live, but there is no other place I would consider going to.

Doctor was dismissive; wouldn't help me with my medical problem, told me my symptoms weren't his specialty; Really? abdominal symptoms aren't the specialty of a GI doctor? very poor bedside manner. Won't recommend this doctor to anyone!! Long wait to see doctor and it wasn't worth it!

I've been to many medical facilities over the years. Dr Cappa and his entire staff were friendly, professional, and prompt.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cappa after my primary care physician failed to listen to my concerns. I was having stomach pain, bloating and nausea after I ate. My primary care doctor said it was stress (which I knew wasn't correct), but Dr. Cappa did more digging and found I had a large ulcer and am lactose intolerant. I really appreciate that Dr. Cappa listened to my concerns and went the extra mile. I am feeling much better now. In addition, Dr. Cappa has a great personality that really puts you at ease. I felt like he really took the time to get to know me. Now, if only I could find a primary care doctor like him!
