If I could give this office a zero I would. Totally unprofessional! I had to book an appointment 4 months in advance for my daughter. Then 2 days before they cancel due to the pandemic? Cancel not reschedule. Obviously an office that does not care for their patience. I wouldn't go there if it was free. Sad to use this excuse when everyone else is open. Shameful! I have been treated by another dermatologist in the area for years. I was always told that I just had dry skin. I got an appointment to see Dr. Benedetto, and on my first visit was diagnosed, and am on my way to being cured. Dr Benedetto is an artist when it comes to IPL. Excellent, excellent, excellent. No bruising, no burns, no blistering. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. Best dermatologist around. Staff is friendly and organized. I travel 55 minutes to see Dr Benedetto and I would drive 2 hrs if I had to.

I had a great experience with Dr. Benedetto and her staff. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was really nice and a pleasure to interact with from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Benedetto, she's highly competent in her field and cares about her patients.

Make sure you go early, if your 3 minutes late they let you sit in the office for 10 minutes then proceed to tell you they can't see you because you are more than 15 minutes late. If they had bothered to check the time when I came in they would have saw that I was almost 3 minutes late, it's not our fault they can't pay attention with an empty waiting room. This is why I usualy plan to be at an appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time but we got stuck in traffic and construction

First of all I agree with other reviews that the staff is terrible there. First impressions are everything, I worked front desk in a doctors office for years and we were always trained to put the patient first, they do not do that in this office. Doctor is very overbooked, I have been going there for many years , because I like dr. Benedetto, but the last time I went there she misdiagnosed my invasive skin cancer. I think she's good, but too busy and this leads to misdiagnosis.
