I had an excellent experience at PhysicianOne Urgent Care in Glastonbury. Scheduling was easy with many convenient times. Check in and wait time quick. Reception friendly and helpful. All staff, especially Kello Gresi, PA, were warm, understanding, and thorough. I was very impressed by Ms Gresi’s quick but thorough grasp of my medical situation. I highly recommend this Urgent and would go there again.

They didn’t listen to my true concerns or help me at all. She prescribed me meds I didn’t want and ran out of the room to the next client. I used to feel heard here but things have clearly changed since they changed locations.

We had gone into this urgent care to check our toddler son for strep. months ago we learnt from our pediatrician that children under 3 commonly get strep in their butts rather than in their throats and its a different group. the receptionist was fantastic and helpful! it all changed once we got into the room. the first nurse/pa has never heard of strep b but explained she didn't know about this and was getting a more experienced PA to come into our room. she also had no idea and requested multiple times that I google what I'm talking about. Finally they we're able to perform a swab and we headed home in disbelief at how unprofessional and uneducated this office staff was. if they are not educated on toddlers they should not treat them. Fast forward a few days waiting for the results and we received an email stating there's a question to solve before the actual labs are processed. I called the urgent care and was told they coded it wrong, the code they used was for a female not a male and they would have to resubmit which meant longer result times and we needed them for the babysitter in a hurry. This location is awful. They request you to do their job and didn't even try to look it up themselves. we are seriously appalled at this experience and will never be going there again. we also informed our pediatrician so they don't refer people to this location.
