DO NOT GO HERE My experiences with obgyn Dr. Kristen Kerrigan was extremely disappointing. The lack of patients in the waiting room should have been a warning sign. She misdiagnosed me and prescribed medication that wasn't necessary, leaving my issues unresolved. On top of that, the exams were painful and resulted in a tear in my skin. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. It's best to avoid her practice altogether.

I see an endocrine MD. All appointments were great on time no fuss. Professional. Office clean and efficient!

Dismissive, non-communicative, and rude. Slow or no response on numerous medical issues, that I googled my way through to connect with an appropriate specialist. I was leaving a "well-visit," physical, and I went to check out (co-pay, schedule next "physical") and the doctor (with a smile) said: "don't go to her (receptionist) because she's in a bad mood." What is that? She works here but she doesn't want to deal with people, (or maybe just me) Either way it's 100 % unprofessional.

I was refused to be seen for my new patient appointment because I brought my 10 week old with me, who was asleep in her car seat. I accepted it, even though it doesn’t mention “no infants allowed” anywhere on their website. It’s not the receptionist’s fault that such an absurd policy exists. When I called to reschedule, I was simply told “We can’t rebook you at this time”, with no immediate explanation. When I asked why, I was told it was because I brought my child with me to my appointment and it was Starling Physicians policy not to reschedule. This is when I flipped. They refuse to reschedule me at all because I brought my newborn to one appointment?! Thanks so much for your caring support of new moms during an already stressful time.

Dr Smith was professional and very nice. Her team members were also professional and friendly. From the beginning to the end, they were smiling all the time. I felt very comfortable. While Dr. Smith was taking the medical history, she asked questions to get to know me. It was pleasure meeting Dr. Smith and her team. See you next year :)

I had the worst experience at their office, Dr Smith was so rude and disrespectful . I should give zero star to this office

Don't bother ... These so called Physicians won't even let you make an appointment without a referral even when it's not required by insurance. They could care less how sick you are or if you can breathe. I'm now filing g a complaint with my insurances. Why they even list this practice is beyond me.

My experience here was pretty disappointing. I was referred by my general practitioner and took one of the first appointments of the day thinking I'd get in before the day begins to back up for the doctors. I was to be fitted with a 24 hour halter to monitor my heart. After watching patient after patient come and go, including those who arrived after me, I went to the front desk to ask what was happening. I had been there for an hour. She offered to go check. Five minutes later a woman came out to apologize for the wait and let me know that they actually didn't have a halter for me at this location today. That I could drive to Wethersfield where they had one. Since that was specifically what my appointment was for, I asked why they didn't have it and she did not have a good explanation. I also asked why it took over an hour to let me know. She did not have an answer for that either. Not her fault at all. She was nice and just the messenger. I drove an hour to be there. Waited an hour. And then had an hour drive home. 3 hours out of my day off. I called my general practictioner and asked him to refer me to a different location.

Dr. Evelyn F. Smith is so rude and disrespectful. Check other reviews and change your appointment before it's too late.
