Starling Physicians's Online Review Report Card

I was with Starling Physicians for less then 1 year. 2 billing errors were made that I caught. Dr E Smith had the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered. Refused to give me medication that my previous Dr prescribed. Gave inaccurate info to me re: my health twice. I've now found a new Dr and have been attempting to get my records from my previous Dr who sent them to Starling and my current records from the year with Starling. They will NOT send my records records from my previous Dr ,Stating Company policy and want to charge me money for my records from them!! Oh, and the receptionist "Sha****" hung up on my TWICE in the middle of me talking!! I called Starling Physicians to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Smith. The receptionist booked me for the earliest available appointment, which was in May. However, I was placed on a cancellation list and my appointment was moved up to February.The customer service at this office is terrible. I was told my appointment was at 1 pm and to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, OR to fill out the paperwork online before I arrived. I filled out the paperwork online because my workday made it difficult to arrive by 1 pm. I showed up at 1:04 PM and was turned away because I was "late to my 12:45 appointment". The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and did not listen when I explained I filled the paperwork out online as I was instructed. She kept repeating "Doctor Smith will not see you."I was treated even worse when I called a few weeks later to reschedule. Margaret answered the phone and accused me of missing two appointments. The second "missed appointment" she was referencing was the original appointment booked for May. How could I miss an appointment in the future? When I explained that my "missed appointment" was due to a miscommunication on their end, miserable Margaret said "Doctor Smith will not see you."To summarize, Starling Physicians miscommunicated an appointment time which resulted in me being blacklisted from ever seeing their team. Their receptionists held zero accountability, spoke down to me, and did not listen to a word I said. They also charged me a $50 cancellation fee for the appointment I showed up to.I do not recommend Starling Physicians because of their poor customer service and because they're dismissive to patients. All staff and patients wear masks.Temperature check machine now located to your right by the entrance.Designated 6 feet signs on flooring & seating. Plexiglass dividers at check in and check out.Staff is polite and courteous. Very nice doctors and staff. Great network of providers. These doctors cut the BS out that may other doctors do to get more money from insurance! I am so glad I decided to have them as my PCP

Don't bother ... These so called Physicians won't even let you make an appointment without a referral even when it's not required by insurance.   They could care less how sick you are or if you can breathe.  I'm now filing g a complaint with my insurances.  Why they even list this practice is beyond me.
