I am so grateful to Dr. Gillego for her knowledge, professionalism and kindness. I told her from the beginning that she was a second opinion, recommended by a friend; her office was out of state and too far for more than a consult. Still, she spent a lot of time with me, encouraging me to ask questions. After my surgery, Dr. Gillego called me to learn about my recovery. A dedicated surgeon who genuinely cares for each person's well-being, I highly recommend her.

Dr Gillego is extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She recently performed my lumpectomy flawlessly. She was by my side through the entire process, and really put me at ease. I highly recommend her. Her staff is excellent and very friendly and professional.

Dr. Gillego performed my mastectomy, and I am so pleased with her skill and bedside manner. The surgery was done flawlessly, and her patient and caring manner really helped me through it. She took time to answer all my questions, and I always felt better after an appointment with her. I recommend her highly!!

Dr. Gillego is one of the most attentive and thoughtful doctors I have ever met. Last month she performed my lumpectomy to remove DCIS. It was a scary situation to be in but she brought so much knowledge and comfort that I felt that I could trust her immediately and completely. I highly recommend Dr. Gillego as a breast surgeon and would insist upon my family and friends seeing her if the need ever arose.

Dr. Alyssa Gillego is the BEST breast surgeon I have ever met, and I've talked to quite a few over the course of 2 breast cancer occurrences. What makes Dr. Gillego so impressive is her bedside manner and respect for her patients. Furthermore, you walk away from appointments with Dr. Gillego with your dignity and your hope INTACT. She is truly a remarkable medical professional and 5 stars is simply NOT enough to demonstrate how strongly I feel about her practice.

Dr. Gillego is the kindest physician I have ever encountered. I'm very sorry she is leaving for Connecticut at the end of the summer, but patients there will now have the benefit of her high-quality care. Once she saw me on the same day when I had a breast concern. All of the nurses and other helpers were friendly, but her secretary was quite prim and grim.

Dr. Gillego was my surgeon for a mastectomy I recently had and I could not be happier to have been in her care for this surgery.
