Dr Zwas' schedulers are unprofessional and insensitive. They talk down to you from the get-go in a highly dismissive tone as if they are a brand new $100 bill and you are a dirty penny. For example, in a heavy-handed, too-bad-for-you tone: "Our wait list is probably 50 or more people; even if you have cancer, you need to wait until at least October (4 months)." They wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, and just cut me off in a raised voice every time I tried to say something.

This is the most professional practice ever! From the office receptionists to the physicians assistant, Amanda, to two M.D.s including both Dr Zwas and Dr Kramer, this team is thorough, caring and possess excellent communication skills. 👏 We feel we are in good hands. 👍

Dr. Zwas is not only a 5-star doc, she is a 5-star human being. She is a brilliant diagnostician, a caring and empathic healer, and she goes above and beyond for her patients. She has been my GI for 20+ yrs, helping me navigate my IBD through flares and remissions. She understands how idiomatic chronic IBD is, listens to her patients and works collaboratively to find the best path. I cannot say enough about her excellence as a doctor, and her graciousness, generosity and kindness of spirit. You could not be in better hands.

LOVE Dr. Zwas!! but the management of the process leading up to my colonoscopy was a sh:t show.... Impossible to reach the office by phone. Set up an appointment that they did not record. Gave me a coupon for a prescription that was not valid.

Unilaterally GREAT doctors and terrific staff at this office. My entire family has been using Felice Zwas for well over a decade and couldn't be happier. Dr. Zwas saved my husband's life and effectively keeps the rest of us happy and healthy. This group regularly goes above and beyond to provide consistently excellent care. No negatives whatsoever. GREAT group of professionals.

I want to update my review from last year because I just had an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Zwas, so I can add that she has an exemplary bedside manner. As I was about to receive sedation she started taking quietly to me in a calm, soothing voice -- and she reached out and touched my arm. That touch and her reassurances made all the difference. Great doctor!
