List of Frederick Nahm's Reviews
Absolutely discussed with the level of professionalism. Work and personal life should stay separated. I should not go to the doctors office and walk into the “professional doctor” having sex with his assistant Jami Reilly in which I’m assuming would lead to a divorce. His poor wife may she take everything he has.
Dr Nahm is an extraordinary gifted in diagnosing difficult cases. I was one of those. Within minutes he had a diagnosis, although I was upset as was to be expected he was 100% correct. I had severe Occpital Neuralgia, which he told me could not be fixed with surgery, because of other problems . Devastated , I had surgery which made me much worse, damaging a nerve. He is patient, compassionate and took the time to explain everything. I will be seeing him again. I recommend him highly
This is THE WORST doctor I have EVER been to in my ENTIRE life!!!! He is a COMPLETE CON ARTIST!! He first tried to make me his medical guinea pig by prescribing drugs to me after admitting he had no idea what the source or solution was to my problem. I was also billed over $100 for a blood test that I explicitly said I did not want if it would be an extra charge. He hasn't answered my phone calls since to get the test results and now I am billed for a test I did not receive! It's been A MONTH!!!
This is THE WORST doctor I have EVER been to in my ENTIRE life!!!! He is a COMPLETE CON ARTIST!! He first tried to make me his medical guinea pig by prescribing drugs to me after openly admitting he had no idea what the source or solution was to my problem. He then had my blood tested, which I only wanted to do if there would be NO extra charge. He along with the front desk, and lab assistant assured me that it was all covered by my insurance. 1 month later I get a bill for over $100 from Greenwhich hospital for lab work. Dr. Nahm has cut off all communication since he first saw me and I refused to go back to that fraudulent money pit. Now I still can't get him to call me back with the test results and I'm charged with over $100 for a test that I can't even receive and wouldn't have had administered!! IT'S BEEN A MONTH!!!!!!!
It took 4 months to get an appointment for my 92 years old disabled Purple Heart veteran. Father. He was basically written off by Dr Nahm. My mother said it was the most useless Drs appointment he'd ever had. Felt that the doctors thought he's 92 years old he should be living with pain at this point. No effort in trying to find the cause of the pain which is why he went to this doctor in the first place.
I gave him two stars because he's pleasant and will explain what's not wrong with you. Ultimately, with cues and prompts, I found myself doing better Google queries and ultimately determined what my problem was and concluded I was probably a better Doctor than him. The problem is that I'm a carpet cleaner.
Does not check beforehand to see if procedures are covered by insurance. Would not cooperate with me or insurance company to see if unbundling the procedures would result in some of them being covered by insurance. Don't be surprised if you are stuck with the whole bill!!!
No one was even at the office. They sent a confirmation email but then they weren't there. Last time we waited for an hour.
Although the doctor seemed interested and spent adequate time with me, his office staff is either incapable of answering phones and relaying messages or he is the one who does not get back to patients. Nevertheless, most people want to know that they can reach a doctor and my experience in several instances, was no response from the doctor. In fact, often, when you call during business hours, you will get an automated message.
No on-call coverage and does not return phone calls. His office didn't know I had called the evening before, even though I left 2 messages with his answering service. Prescribed outdated migraine medication with inadequate instructions. Charges administrative fee for dealing with insuance companies on pre-authorizations.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
