Hanna Kim's Online Review Report Card

About a month ago, I made an appointment with the group. Dr. Kim came in and examined me for a full body scan. I asked her about a couple of little red spots on the face and she said that it was nothing to worry about but she’ll just ice the spots…..Before I knew it, she iced the spots and said just to put some cream on them and they would heal in a few days. Unfortunately, now I have two white scars on my face which are extremely unattractive, and I am livid beyond words.

Well I should have read the reviews prior to seeing Dr. Kim for a dermatology visit. Since they all seem the same exact way I was treated during my recent visit. I was a new patient and went for a full body screening. Once I was seen she never introduced herself, never asked about me or my occupation (I work outdoors) and seemed very disengaged. She rushed through the entire screening, and when I told her I worked outdoors and was concerned about a few things, she quickly dismissed them and made me feel very uncomfortable about asking questions. I do not think I was examined for more than 5-minutes. I felt very rushed and do not feel I received a proper full screening exam. Furthermore, I had some skin tags removed, and she told me that she removed (15) in total, when in fact she only removed (9). Not the end of the world, but feel she wasn’t upfront about the level of treatment. And when she was finished I was bleeding and she put ointment on the area and handed me several gauze pads and told me to simply put them on the area and left the room. I remained bleeding for several hours afterwards. And feel she could have dressed the affected area a bit better. Overall, she seemed disengaged with her patients, is discourteous and will not be returning to this practice.

Rude, judgmental and extremely unhelpful. I took my daughter to Dr. Kim for a burn on my daughter's leg. The appointment was a complete waist of time. Dr. Kim really offered zero help, suggestions or advise other than to never go in the sun for our entire lives. We both felt very talked down to and judged as well as frustrated because we're not sure if we are treating this burn correctly or not. As soon as I left I immediately started looking for another dr. Dr. Kim's "bed side manner" needs some serious work!

Rude and totally misdiagnosed me and my biopsy site got infected. Treated me like a dog. Dismissed me. She’s mean

Dr Kim is rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a dog. Extremely dismissive. Very bad at diagnosis. Told me I had psoriasis Two biopsies later at dermatology group in Rye NY I was told I had eczema. The doctors were amazed at her biopsy interpretation. She said I was stressed and dismissed me. She’s very rude. She should not have anything to do with patients. I’m furious with her. Julie

Dr. Kim has helped me with my psoriasis & is very skilled with XTRAC laser therapy. She is also very personable & caring. I highly recommend her!

Not going to happen. She was dismissive and acted like I was annoying her. Told me she could not help me. Spent under 5 minutes with me. Maybe I would recommend Dr. Kim to someone with leprosy. Caroline Scherf Appt. 8/19/21

New patient. Saw Dr. Hanna Kim 10/27. Not going back. Dr. Hanna Kim was curt, rushed and did not take the time to explain how to use the topical treatments she prescribed. I am now on the phone with the office to get that information. Will not go back to see her and will tell anyone who asks to avoid her.

Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in her examination when performing a total body scan. She Responds to all questions with easy to understand answers. Would definitely recommend A+
