Julia Sabetta's Online Review Report Card

I’ve consulted with a number of dermatologists due to my fear and aging skin. Dr. Sabetta was the most professional by far. She spent time explaining various options, and did not talk me into anything extra that I did not want or need. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the procedure, and her staff is also very kind and professional. And for what it’s worth, her new office looks fantastic!

Booked a consultation for a specific procedure to address a specific issue. At the consultation I was advised the procedure would not address my issue. Of course I was willing to be up sold to three different procedures until they informed me that my visit was $200 for the constitution. This was a real bait and switch and they lost a lot of business from me. I had the procedure in another office and it was a far superior experience to this office

Dr Sabetta is absolutely the very BEST! I have been her patient for many years and have had multiple surgeries. Every surgery has healed with the tiniest, inconspicuous and almost impossible to see scar. She is an amazing surgical dermatologist, has an amazing eye and always strives for perfection. Her cosmetic procedures are perfection as well. Thank you Dr Sabetta for everything you have done for me. You truly are the BEST!

She only recommends what she knows will work, and was very thorough and talking me through various options. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel listened to and comfortable. Her results are fantastic! Her new space is also gorgeous, for what it’s worth. Highly, highly recommend.

Whatever I came in for was treated in a medically appropriate manner. However, I was offended by the haughty attitude and snide remark made in reference to a family member's career choice. Really? No comment was necessary & would have been preferable in response to my polite idle chatter.

I was recommended to this practice when I had an emergency. They saw me immediately and could not have been more professional, caring and kind. The office is small and well-run and everyone from Dr. Sabetta herself to Clare, her PA to Adele at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. They really care. My situation was somewhat scary and I needed Dr. Sabetta's calm and professional bedside manner to get through it. I did. Clare is sweet and professional and extremely caring. Adele works her magic at the front desk to make it all happen in a timely way. I cannot recommend them more highly.

This is a bait and switch scam. They tell you that they have the services that will address your issues. When you come in for your consultation they tell you that you have to purchase much more. And then they tell you that it's $200 for the consultation.

I booked a consultation to have a very specific procedure to address a very specific area. During the consultation, the doctor upsold additional procedures because the one I had questioned them about would not be affected. They would have gotten my money had they not surprised me with a $200 consultation fee This office is not legitimate or up front

I recently moved to Greenwich and after a lot of research for a new dermatologist I decided to try Dr. Sabetta. My first visit was for an annual skin exam and I was very pleased with my choice. First of all, her office protocols made me feel very safe given the current pandemic. They had me call from the parking lot when I arrived so that I was sure to only come to the office once the prior patient had left the office, they asked me a number of COVID-related questions , took my temperature, and had me use hand sanitize prior to entering. It was clear they also wiped down everything prior to my arrival. On top that Dr. Sabetta and her wing woman Adel were so kind! I had a number of questions and concerns and they (patiently) addressed all of them. They also are super responsive over email, phone, and text. Most importantly, the skin exam was one of the most thorough I have had. Dr. Sabetta made sure no mole was left unexamined and even took measurements of certain ones that she wants to monitor over time. She recommended I remove two abnormal moles and gave me really helpful instructions to minimize scaring. I wanted to make sure the wounds were healing properly so Adel even let me send her check up pictures to confirm nothing was infected. I ultimately decided to do laser hair removal with Dr. Sabetta as well. I had my first treatment recently and it was seamless. I am already looking forward to the next one and saying bye-bye to my hairs. For anyone looking for a dermatologist in the area, I would highly recommend Dr. Sabetta.

Covid rules are great-I felt very safe. The dr. Is awesome-very caring and wonderful staff. I had many moles removed to be biopsied and this fabulous Yale educated female dr made me feel secure and comfortable she had gotten everything dangerous. She does all the beauty treatments too so I may be back for electrolysis:)
