Dr. Vitale is an amazing doctor! His staff is extremely nice and helpful. I had a trigger thumb that would not go away and got to a point that my thumb was so stiff that I was unable to move it much and unable to open containers. Decided to have surgery and I am so happy I did. Dr. Vitale talked me through the whole procedure. Its been 10 days after surgery and my thumb feels great! I would highly recommend Dr. Vitale and his staff to anyone who needs a hand specialist.

I found Dr. Vitale and the entire ONS staff to be very welcoming and pleasant to work with. Dr. Vitale diagnosed my ulnar nerve problem quickly and accurately and my subsequent surgery caused relatively low discomfort. I highly recommend him and ONS.

Dr. Vitale turned a devastating circumstance into a miraculous recovery and we will be forever grateful. My daughter was faced with startling news of unexpected damage to a tendon in her hand. When other surgeons pushed us through the usual process, Dr. Vitale took that pause. His medical expertise and unchartered due diligence helped to navigate through these challenging times and resulted in a remarkable recovery that is one for the books. Dr. Vitale is well connected in the orthopedic community and met us with incredible patience, compassion and support. When we turned to him with many unanswered questions, he was extremely responsive and dedicated to charting a course for her successful recovery. His care and commitment is unmatched, and undoubtedly he is top notch in this field. We will be forever grateful for Dr. Vitale, his team and the staff at ONS.

Dr. Vitale and his staff are wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone searching for an incredibly experienced and knowledgable doctor with excellent patient care. After a serious hand nerve injury in July, I was in need of immediate care. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and I was in surgery within a few days. Highly recommend.

As the others say, Dr. Vitale has an excellent bedside manor. He is patient, answers all questions, and responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Unfortunately, he misdiagnosed my injury which meant 6 months of unnecessary discomfort. He directed me to a rheumatologist that he recommends, as he assumed my ailment was simply arthritis. That doctor confirmed that the XRay taken at Dr. Vitale's office showed the injury that was later diagnosed by another orthopedic hand surgeon. I have since had surgery (with another doctor) and am recovering nicely.

Dr. Vitale and his staff are wonderful. If I could give them more stars I would. He took me as a patient, after I couldn't find anyone local to treat me after a car accident that left me with 4 broken fingers. The drive to his office took over an hours time, and after the initial visit he offered to set me up with a Physician local to me. I stayed with Dr Vitale, he just made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Worth the 2hour drive each trip.
