Matthew Cantlon's Online Review Report Card

I sought Dr. Kantlons help to recover from a tennis injury. After 2 consultations and an MRI the doctor told me to find another sport. Either he was incapable of properly treating my injury or more likely was unwilling to put in the effort to help his patient. Either way not worth your time or money.

Dr. Cantlon performed a very successful regional fasciectomy for my Dupuytren's contracture. I was understandably skittish about this procedure, however, Dr. Cantlon calmly explained the process, very thoroughly covering all options, risks and benefits. He is an extremely skilled surgeon who is confident and meticulous. Surgery day went very well, as did recovery, which was coupled with his office's top quality physical therapy. I'm extremely pleased with my results and would wholeheartedly recommend this fine surgeon to anyone needing surgical procedures in the hand.

If you need help with hand/wrist, you really don’t need to look any further than Dr. Cantlon. He is meticulous in his approach to care. I had trigger finger that he treated over the course of 2 years before surgery became the right option. From the very first visit, Dr. Cantlon went into great detail about the diagnosis, treatment options, and outcomes. He respected my questions and gave thoughtful answers and made sure that I was comfortable with every decision along the way. The surgery was flawless and because I was awake during it, I could hear and see how highly professional he was in the operating theater. Dr. Cantlon is upbeat, positive, thoughtful and kind. I always felt better every time I left the exam room. I have to say that Dr. Cantlon has been the best doctor that I’ve come across in my nearly 60 years. He really is "5-stars."

My son broke his arm in a skateboard accident. We took him to the ER where he was treated by Dr. Cantlon. He was very professional and thorough. He explained the whole treatment procedure and what to expect during recovery. He answered all my questions and we never felt rushed. We had several follow ups until my son was fine. He informed us of the progress in detail every time, even explained the billing questions. He promptly returned my calls whenever I left a message. Thank you Dr. Cantlon for your expertise. I highly recommend him.

Best doctor ever! Dr Cantlon fit me in same day and despite the fact that I knew he was busy, I did not feel one bit rushed. He listened to me intently, explained everything in detail and even went through each xray one by one. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
