Always a welcoming front desk.. Dr. Kim has always taken great care of me and on top of all the necessities to help when there's an issue. I feel safe and well cared for at this practice. I've recommended Dr. Kim to several friends we all trust and depend on her expertise. Not easy to find today!

They are always able to fit you in within a reasonable time frame. Wait time once you arrive is minimal. Both doctors I have seen there are friendly and responsive. Always a positive experience.

Had been a satisfied patient for several years when this practice was bought out by a private equity backed roll up. Services like appointment setting were centralized with incompetent results, and routine visit prices jacked up to much further beyond insurance reimbursement. And letters to the acquiring company leadership went unanswered, not worth their time. It was like someone flipped a switch, a terrific dermatology practice turned into a short term cash flow machine. Dermatology is about trust, I’m trusting somebody to pay very close attention to catch skin cancer early. No confidence this recapitalized group is still paying attention to their patients.

I called to make an appointment for my husband and it took twenty minutes to make a single appointment. He drive back from another state to make the appointment and when he got there he was informed the provider he was booked with didn’t do the procedure he needed. I called five different times to try to get another appointment and I finally got one. An hour later the same scheduler called me back and said never mind, the time she booked us for didn’t work and after another 15 minute son the phone she wasn’t able to book another appointment. She said someone else would call me the next day and of course they never did. I’ve spent over an hour trying to get an appointment for a procedure that takes 30 minutes. We’re now looking for another provider as we can’t continue to waste time with the office here.
