Caring, through and professional. He and his PA, Amanda, were responsive to our concerns. My only suggestion is to be sure to remind the patient many times to skip breakfast before a colonoscopy. Both do their best.

Very professional, organized and comfortable surroundings.... staff is GREAT.....The blueberry muffins with butter and Apple juice after you wake up from anastesia, after not eating for 40 hours, are the best ones you'll ever taste in your life!!! Lol

Dr. Krammer is thorough and does not rush through your appointment. My experience with him and his staff over the last few years has been great. I highly recommend him.

Lots of gas and bloating after I switched to whole food plant based diet was the reason I visited GI and asked for a SIBO test. The test confirmed the presence of bacteria in my low intestine and dr.Kramer said that the standard of care protocol is to take antibiotics for several weeks, which I refused as my body is recovering after two lung cancer surgeries, and my immune system is not in its best condition to test it by taking something that doesn’t even promise positive outcome. I asked if the doctor could recommend something different, and he did. Beano for gas was supposed to be the supplement to help me deal with my problem. In my impression he didn’t really care. . I can’t say it was helpful. It was more like the waste of time and plans to see him again. I can’t recommend him either.

I saw Dr. Kramer for the first time and he was very nice, and very attentive, very kind and answered all my questions. Staff and nurse were also great!

I saw Dr. Kramer for initial visit in Feb 2022. I found him to be an excellent doctor who patiently and politely examined me and suggested appropriate treatment. I look forward to seeing him for followup visit and would recommend him to anyone searching for an ENT doctor.

So far, excellent We had a good initial meeting, were presented with options for treatment, and chose the second which was a fluoroscopy at Greenwich Hospital. And as usual, Greenwich Hospital’s radiology department was excellent and the procedure took place quickly and without a hitch.
