Dr Haig's office also features a physical therapy department-the department is chaotic and unprofessional. Have had 16 sessions with their therapist, Gil Chan, who is very good, however to reach the department by phone is impossible. Drove to their office this afternoon and told them could not get thru on the phone and they said you're not calling our office properly! Then informed me my prescription from my primary care doctor had expired-they said you are supposed to get a new prescription every month-then the other person at the desk said no- every 6 weeks -I asked why I haven't been told my prescription had expired-they didn't answer. I will be seeing my primary care Doctor, Dr Gottfried,this coming week and be discussing this matter of an inept physical therapy department connected with White Plains hospital.

He was not cognizant of procedures allowed by insurance companies nor perquisites needed for insurance company approvals. In addition, he lies about recommendations he makes and the reasons for them. His staff is equally unprofessional, has an attitude, and does not do what is needed to insure that the patient is being treated appropriately
