Again we went today for the second eye this lady has all her info but asking for everything again she doesn’t know how a diabetic needs to deal with surgery ! Slocum did cataract surgery on my right eye. He put in the wrong lens. I was blind for Three Weeks, before he admitted that he did something wrong. Another Dr. in the group did the replacement surgery, because he didn’t feel confident doing it.

Dr. Slocumb is a great surgeon. I fearfully and reluctantly decided to have my cataract surgery done on my right eye. Dr. Slocumb helped put my fears aside and did a fantastic job. The surgery was absolutely painless and I could see about 95% better out of that eye as soon as I got up off the table! It's been about three weeks since the surgery and everything is well. I'm getting ready for my last post-op visit with Dr. Slocum and new eye glasses. Everybody on his staff was kind, informative and profession. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes for any appointment. I recommend him highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Slocum for 4 years. He is and has been in each of my visits and concerns, a true and caring professional. Always patient and thoroughly responsive to my many questions. I never feel rushed or without having answers or treatment for my visits. I would highly recomend him to anyone in need of a consummate professional.

As a physician in call for after hours care, Slocumb refused to call in an antibiotic prescription. More annoying than his refusal to assist was his condescending attitude.

Will spend way more time more time charting then listening to or interacting with the patient Not very helpful to the more older population who may move a little slower. There's a reason why he is the one that has the most openings. He certainly is no Dr. McKay

I had two cataract surgeries a month apart....both surgeries were VERY successful. I am thoroughly pleased with Dr Slocumb and highly recommend him.
