Staff was so rude there is no way we can bring my Mom back there. Dr. Distelman was great for the first surgery my Mom had but we have obtained a referral to a different doctor at this point. Erin, who answered the phone, talked loudly over me the entire time and would not allow me to speak. Then she said she didn't need to speak to me, which I am on her HIPAA because she can't coordinate her care on her own, to have my 79 yo almost blind mother call her back because she did not need me yelling at her. This was after I told her she could not see well enough to do that. She happened to be on speaker phone and my daughter an RN was listening as well as my Mom were present. We are both in healthcare and at no time was I yelling at her. She was raising her voice to me clearly not wanting to assist us. I still can't fathom what she did to me.

I was ill and unable to keep my appointment to have cataract surgery. I called to reschedule and am told I am not on their list to have it done and not returning my calls!!

Dr Distelman and his entire staff are warm, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommended for anything from a simple glasses check and beyond. Clean office, drama free, friendly, and accommodating.

Dr. Distelman is great, his office runs smoothly, everyone is professional and 100% polite which I believe is an extension of Doc himself. He is very caring, professional and understanding and wants the very best for his patients. Thank you Doc!
