List of Mark A. D'agostino's Reviews
You can see that all my other reviews for services all over the board have been positive. I usually just keep my negativity to myself, and tell people in person about my experience if it's not a good one. But seeing these other reviews has prompted me to write this. I went to this physician almost three years ago prior to the pandemic. At that time, I was having (and still have) issues with my ears with pressure and tinnitus. That was my main complaint. He said "you're one of the ones who has tinnitus without hearing loss. Not really anything to do for that, just gotta deal with it." Now, I'm sitting here having been sick for three weeks with a cold turned bacterial sinus infection, wondering what the heck was going on at that appointment. I told him my concern of the cysts in my sinuses to which he replied "everyone has them. Nothing to worry about." Except now, I'm concerned. My face feels like it's swelling, by mid afternoon the pressure in my head from this horrible infection is so intense I can barely stand. It's agonizing. I work in healthcare. Even when I think a patient is BSing me, I'm NEVER so rude and dismissive of them. Unbelievable. Maybe if this doctor helped me, I wouldn't be so sick now.
Knowledgeable but rude and condescending…. Waited 2 months for an appointment for that? Not worth my time.
I found Dr Dagastino rude and condescending. I am in health care and understand challenges in adapting to new practices. While frustrated using a dictation program for his EHR he snapped at me "You can go". I did not get answers or explanations of my condition. Hence, I stopped using my machine and to get back into use again I have had to have new tests where problems on initial testing brought concerns. I am now seeing specialists to answer questions I believe Dr Dagastino could have addressed in the past.
This doctor had very little time for me. I told him I thought I was losing hearing at the higher levels. He said, "Yes you are." and that was that. I learned NOTHING.Then it took three months to get on to the portal and now it is four months and the audiological report has yet to be posted. I tried calling, but they are eating lunch. What business does not stagger the lunch hour for their employees? Annoying and useless.
Amazing MD!
I have been waiting over an hour for an appointment. Enough for me to make up my mind and say avoid this place if you are in a hurry. When they finally got around to seeing me, they were excellent. I’m happy.
A really good doctor in his field-- sleep apnea, hampered by a horrible staff and suppliers that move at a glacial pace. Dr D'Agostino is well know for some of his surgical skills. That is the final recourse for someone with sleep apnea. Sleep Apnea is just as much a killer as strokes or heart attacks because it causes these. But his staff and support people DO NOT CARE. GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS IF YOU ARE HEARTLESS. Dr D/Agostino is impossible to reach on the phone or by email. You comment to me after shuffling me aside was, "then you should have called me". When I was out the door stunned at the sudden shove aside, I realized I had tried that first thing and his staff DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. NOR WOULD THEY ALLOW ME TO TALK TO HIM DIRECTLY OR BY EMAIL. I was unable to work my way through his staff. I was unable to get prompt supplies (APAP machine) from his suppliers. I had to go to another doctor to get a CPAP and those people don't take to each other and I don't know how to get the data moved to the correct person. THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS RIDICULOUS. Worse it was maddening because I was waking up with horrible headaches every morning because of Sleep Apnea. I felt like I was dying. I still do. Dr D'Agostino. If you are reading this. Please do something to provide a means of people contacting you by email with life threatening problems. I reached out to you out of very real desperation and all I got was obstacles, every step of the way.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. D’Agostino’s for many years and have 100% trust in his judgement for my health. He is kind, caring, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an ENT. My family and friends also feel the same.
This short, self-important man entered the examination room and didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to introduce himself on my first visit to his office. His demeanor could be summed up as smug and disinterested. I suggest finding another healthcare professional.
Went to him for four years. Spent more time typing the computer. When I questioned him when he said there was nothing he could do for me , he refused to see my son who was a patient of his. After four years I find out I have Mineres disease . Supposed to be s specialist with 25 years experience. Then he penalized my son when I called him on his lack of a diagnosis. Still suffering to date .Thsnks for four years of nothing. Stay away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
