Confusing and contradictive information. All over the place.

Dr Higgins listens and gives her patients time to ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her the first time I had Breast cancer and wanted her again when I got breast cancer again. She's also a dog owner and lover.

She "appears" to be caring and communicative. Potential risks and side effects of breast cancer radiation treatment were withheld. Important diagnostic details were also withheld, and she prepared fraudulent case notes to cover-up these lapses. While her location may be convenient, go elsewhere. I left her care when these issues surfaced.
