List of William V. Padula's Reviews
Dr. Padula and his staff are some of the most knowledgeable, kind, sincere, and patient professionals anyone could meet. Their influence on my son's growth and development has been immense. As a mother of a son with special needs, I feel that Dr. Padulla's work with my son has forever changed his path. Once my son got his first pair of glasses prescribed by Dr Padulla, he increased his attempts to communicate and interact with others. Concerns that my son was autistic soon disappeared. Prior to Dr. Padula, getting my son to wear his glasses was a daily battle. Now my son asks for his glasses everyday, and is lost without them. It is true that a visit here can be costly. Most insurances will reimburse you however, or the funds can be set aside in a FSA yearly. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Padula if you have a child with special needs. The potential he unlocks with his eyewear is priceless.
Dr. Padula corrected my daughters vision after a TBI. She is still a patient. He has made a huge difference in her life.
Haven't personally went to this Clinic. But I've watched one of Padula's lectures on YouTube and it absolutely blew my mind away. This guy is the man.
My son had a brain injury and couldn’t walk due to balance issues. We visited Dr. Padula and with the use of prism glasses and special exercises, Sam was on his feet. It was like magic. We had already been to Kellogg Eye institute and another center without success. We travel to revisit Dr. Padula from Michigan to Connecticut once a year and it’s well worth it. Brilliant man.
Dr Padula was the last specialist we visited out of state and the only one who finally properly diagnosed our daughter's vision problem. If not for his specially designed lenses, she wouldn't have been able to attend college. Dr Padula is knowledgeable and professional -- we prefer that to being "warm and fuzzy, and having no solution." Highly recommended.
It is no exaggeration to say that Dr. Padula saved my daughter from a lifelong disability. He figured out what no other health professional could, and did what no other health professional can. We owe him more than we can ever repay. He is not an eye doctor, he is a vision specialist. He understands that the eye is just a camera, and that vision processing happens in the brain. He treats the whole system. I can't think of words expressive enough to sufficiently convey my gratitude to him for what he's done for my family.
Very helpful in identifying reading problems with my 14 year old daughter - not an eye problem but a spatial processing problem! WOW! Going back for glasses and other testing to work on correcting processing issues.
You know the old saying "if it walks like a duck",this guy is a quack! He does nothing and sells everything. He is no better than a regular eye doctor. He has zero personality (which is important to both patient as well as family) This man acts like he is above everyone, sorry, I think not.His prices are ridiculous and his eyewear is really out there. Trust me people, there are many eye doctors out there who are much better than this guy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
