Dr. Chan is a phenomenal doctor; he has more than impressive credentials to go along with his terrific bedside manner!! Lisa (Dr. Chan's nurse) was delightful, and Robbie and Laurie were as well; they were so helpful in answering questions I had prior to my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team!!

I very much appreciated Dr. Chan's "patient interaction." I never got the feeling that he was rushing to go to his next patient, and I felt that he would take as long as necessary to go through the data he had (specific lab results for the past few years) to explain what it meant. He recommended additional laboratory tests to rule out potential issues and confirm his preliminary diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Chan!

Dr Chan is a great doctor. However, results from tests can take weeks to get back. I'm still waiting on CT results from over a week ago. I suppose it's one thing if you have a hangnail. I am NOT one to write a negative review, but, when it's serious, and onyou can't even get a response, 4 phone calls later... well, I don't think that is the greatest thing. When you're told you have a serious issue and can't be told what the next step is... Not fair.

Dr . Chan takes his time and listens to your concerns and answers questions. I never feel rushed and he clearly is one of the best doctors I have seen. He truly makes every effort to come up with a treatment plan that is comfortable for the patient . I’m very happy to have found him. The office staff is kind and reassuring.

No follow up with patients. Gives you a whole 10 min consultation and you have to speak with his staff from then on. Guess he feels he is above making phone calls.
