He forget to give me the annual blood testing until I found. And he gave me the blood testing as diagnostic testing which become my financial responsibility. Those testing are covered by insurance in last 10 years. And his nurse is very difficult to deal with. I have faxed them 3 times of my bills. But they kept lost it. It was already 10 months, even with insurance agent involved, it still didn’t be resolved.

Being an RN, I know when MD's are paying attention or just waiting to move onto the next patient. I have been with Dr. Desilva for many years and even followed him when he moved to Hamden. To me, he's worth the drive.
