I was treated with respect throughout the appointment process. Wait time for the actual appointment was a bit long, but understandable under the current pandemic restriction conditions. I am thrilled with the intake process because they actually “listened” to my health history, although it was obvious they were a bit rushed at times. They responded well to a subtle, gentle verbal nudge to slow down a bit here and there. It was fair enough though and I am glad to have experienced a productive and highly informative visit. They actually spend the time to educate you and provide options. Both Rachel and Dr. Irving have an exemplary bedside manner. Dr. Irving clearly has extensive experience and education, which made for a highly informative and enlightening visit. After suffering for 10 solid months of excruciating pain with no diagnosis or prognosis, Dr. Irving made a significant and positive difference for me moving forward. I am glad my friends recommended him. Truly grateful. TY!

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Irving and this practice. I went in to better understand and get some relief for knee pain that's been bothering me for years. Using xray and MRI results, Dr. Irving was able to diagnose me and explain what was going on really well. He did not talk down to me or skirt the truth, but he was kind and warm and helpful as well. I'm grateful that I have access to such high quality medical care. Thank you.

AN excellent DR. the only Dr I will go to for knees and hip issues.

I had Dr Irving do my left hip replacement 5 years ago. I find him easy to talk to, doesn't rush you out of the office, and I like that he does the Anterior approach. I'm scheduled to have my right hip replaced by him soon. He is worth the wait!

Dr Irving's office is very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Irving has provided me with top-notch care and is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I had a total knee replacement done and will have a follow-up procedure. The office coordinates everything for you and makes the process is easy and painless as possible. The office hours are convenient, multiple offices to choose from and they're always available by phone. The office is very clean and sanitized.

The visit afforded me the opportunity to discuss all of my concerns. The entire experience was well organised and thorough.

I love Dr. Irving, his staff, his offices, and the overall sense of comfort and professionalism. Always thorough, never a sense of being rushed, always good advice. And this time, a much-needed and appreciated explanation of the surgery steps before, during, and after. Perfect! Left with a sense of well-being and confidence in the process.
