Have been waiting over 12 months for them to provide my medical documents which I paid a fee for twice! Both times they sent the incorrect documents and don't care since they've already collected the fee. I have sent in a complaint with the state and Inspector General. Terrible Service, Do not go here!

We are very pleased with the staff especially Marissa/Melissa (sorry not sure of exact name) and Faith for the great service they provided in a pleasant, effecient and professional manner on Saturday July 3rd ! Melissa took the time to fit her knee brace to perfection and Faith processed us and had all our paperwork ready to go! Next step Dr McCallum! Thank you again!

Spoke to a medical assistant Lauren in the group-- Incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. People aren't calling to have a conversation, but to get their questions answered so they can get better. Customer service at its worst, especially when patients are anxious

Shady billing practices. The doctors and staff are nice but it is not worth the hassle of the billing department. They repeatedly billed me for dates I had already paid. Every time I gave them a receipt they changed the date on the bill and demanded another until I dug up that receipt. I reported them to the state and my insurer and I hope you avoid them too.

RUN!!! DON'T USE THIS PRACTICE!!!Dr. Jeepten Singha is moving to Chicago so it only makes sense to put a new paient to the practice with him. NOT.. He prescribed me medication that I am highly allergic to. Thank God CVS caught it or my throat would have closed.Why does this office bother asking you what you are allergic to if they are not going to read it.He wanted me to walk on a Jones Fracture which is the biggest NO NO and that would have cause more damage to me. Plus the fact he has ZERO bedside manner. This practice is the reason why people don't want to go to doctors offices.
