Connecticut Children's Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Today (3/1/2022), I brought my 2 year old daughter to get an x-ray. We had an amazing experience here for our first time!The staff that helped show us where to go were very nice and helpful. The man who did my daughter’s x-rays was very patient and kind to her. This place really knows how to make things like this pleasant for children.

My daughter is larger than me, there was concern for a brain bleed because of trauma and low platelets. I couldn’t park my car anywhere near the ER entrance and no valet parking after 6pm they told me to park in the parking garage across the street and carry her. I left my car there any way because well IT WAS AN EMERGENCY! I now drive further to go to Yale Childrens hospital where they will bring a wheelchair to your car if needed and valet park for you.

We brought our son here as needed and my sister was treated here for a dislocated hip years ago and you can’t tell. The staff are amazing!

Really nice staff I was in 7 th Floor and all nurses are really helpful also doctors are really great and knowledgeable my baby Shiv patel recovered really well

I was a patient here for the last couple days. Very homey environment and it was for sure needed, I was so nervous. I needed emergency gallbladder surgery. We went multiple visits to different emergency rooms without finding out a problem, And as soon as we came here they figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. The nurses and doctors that worked with me were absolutely fantastic, very helpful, and I am on the way to a speedy recovery. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you, I cannot say enough good things about this place, A+

Horrible customer service. I am here with a kid and think this would be a nice place. If you don't like your job quit. No need for such disrespect.

If there was a zero option I would give it , I’ve been with Ccmc for 7 years , I would even tell people that they best better than Yale but this place is going to the dumps , I’m starting to think they no longer care who they hire or no longer care about patients. Every year it just seems that the values and standards we picked them for are no longer up held . Customer care and patient care should be at the top of your list specially dealing with families who are already dealing with a lot . It’s sad to see what it’s coming to !!!! My son is admitted and my daughter had to be seen in the emergency room the staff there and nurses are a joke and if the Jenisha lady at the nurses station cannot be civil she shouldn’t be around families or patients with such attitude and rudeness and unprofessional mannerisms
