Horrible. Gave my daughter an unauthorized shot. Then lied and said they received consent last visit. Untrustworthy and unethical. They don't care about their patients. Just care about quotas.
This has to be the worst pediatrics facility in the state i watched over twenty people walk in and be seen before my wife and kids she had an appointment and sat in a back room for two hours while they talk about there personal life before being seen. We are definitely switching doctors...i hope never have to come back here again Just awful ..
Front Staff is very rude. The Medical team here has been great however, they need to hire new receptionists. Ones that are happy to assist. Instead of the ones that told me scanning paperwork into my child's file was not their job and that the MA or Dr. could have done it. I've tried to reach out to an office manager to express my concerns and no one ever reached back out. I've been going there for years and sadly to say it seems to be going down hill.
Charlie Melvin and Kaylon Koski in behavioral health are both excellent. I’d avoid Jennifer Hussman for a PCP unless you enjoy being spoken to like an errant child. She is over-the-top condescending meanwhile she can’t manage to coordinate with a specialist for test results.
Mother's feel more pain when their children get hurt by accident of no mistake of theirs or the child and you report it to the doctor and you are told to regulate the warm water and you have already done that after a month your kid have her 4 month shot and a different doctor attends to her and if she does not understand anything she is supposed to ask instead she taught something else and rather report to DC you don't know how it feels
It’s a very awful place and the service here is very bad, apart from waiting a long time they do not do their job well. I don't make the appointments for my baby on time and also the pediatricians don't treat my baby well. Very bad service, truthfully
Doctors are not educated at all they don’t diagnose your child properly! Make u wait for hours in the room to get seen! Don’t take your kids here they have a 2 star for a reason! Sucks place for kids
Great place, great staff, overall it was an exceptional experience.
I came here for my first vaccine and then I came here for my second also. The first time coming here I had a great experience. I was very nervous about both vaccines so I brought someone with me to the second. For my first vaccine I saw other people in the building with others so I thought it was fine. When we arrived I watched someone in the building without a mask on. And when I checked in they asked if we both had appointments I told them he was with me. (Joanne she’s a hygienist)at the front laughed in my face and looked at the girl next to her at the other side of the desk. I felt embarrassed because I spoke so highly of this place. They told me that he had to go wait in the car. Teach your front desk staff how to respond to customers. If you are following protocol so well why are patients in the office without a mask on.
Came at 1for my COVID test... still here, it’s now 2:50 , the workers who are busting the line outside such as the lady and the coast guards are very nice and professional but the wait time is horrible. This is why I never come here for my checkups. You’ll be waiting HOURS. Waste of time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
