She was so kind and understanding! Favorite doctor I’ll ever meet.

I needed to have an MRI guided biopsy and Dr. James performed the procedure with care. She explained everything that she was going to do and also explained the procedure while she was doing it. She was gentle and showed care and concern for my comfort. I have no issues with Dr. James and would recommend her to anyone who needs care at Jefferson.

The Dr. didn't seem like she even knew much. Every question was danced around. I was talked down to the whole time and she was rude.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Diana. She was rude, short made it seam like I was not wanted there. I am sure she is very knowledgable in her field but I could not tell at all. Non of my questions got answered reasonably and I felt as if she was just a bother. I am overall very disappointed in the interaction.
