I found Dr Crespo to be a friendly, supportive individual and a highly skilled cardiac surgeon. He answered questions patiently and clearly. Follow-ups with his staff have been efficient and clinically impressive.

Appointment was a reference standard for physicians—clear, concise, very, very well researched and hence prepared….Dr Crespo’s review of extensive, 20-year heart-issue history replete with previous procedures led to innovative options shared comfortably with patient…. A patient benefitting from a team paired with cardiologist Dr. Ferraro-Borgata and Dr. Crespo would be blessed from truly extraordinary counsel and treatment….

Dr Crespo is a professional who’s care and concern is evident. He has a great reputation among the office and nursing staff at his office and at Hartford Hospital. He is kind, funny and I appreciated that after my surgery he called my son and reassured him. I am both satisfied and fortunate to meet and be attended by a doctor like him. He is a man of integrity. I had AFIB off and on for 15 years. My cardiologist send me to see Dr Crespo after my medication stopped working altogether and I was in persistent AFIB. Dr. Crespo outlined my options and gave me a clear view. I elected to go with the Catheter Ablation. I am recovering and starting to feel better. My only complaint would be with the business end, where it took me 3 phone calls to finally receive the paperwork I needed to fill out before my initial consultation. I do believe the short coming there is more due to Hartford Hospital than with Dr Crespo.

Good man. He reviewed my long history, and made reasoned decisions, planned a course of action with a cautious approach. He is professional, and has a sense of humor. He rates well in my book. He also worked with someone whom I saw years ago, whom I would recommend.

Dr.Crespo is an excellent doctor. He is thoughtful and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. He performed a successful ablation with no complications. Highly recommend-

Great doctor, but... terrible practice managment, can't ever schedule a 6mo follow-up, they say they can't schedule that far out. Don't wait to call for a Rx refill, been calling multiple times for a week now, and they cant seem to get it done. First they told me to call my family Dr because Dr. Crespo did not prescribe it - of course he did. But maybe thier confusion is because they had my chart inter-mixed with someone else's with the same name (yep) !
