Great place to take your time with the help of methadone to turn your life around!!!

I have been opioid free for 3 years now, thanks to the program at hcrc. Their liberal medication program (a.k.a. along with benzodiazapienes) has worked well in curbing my anxiety and cravings, and If I had to pick an hour every day at AA or doing this program, I would do methadone all day every day. I could not stay sober without it, and to those people who say it isn't sobriety, ill take whatever it is over using every day of the week.

THEY SAVE LIVES AT HCRC!!!The staff: nurses, counselors, administrative are the best- 100% hands down in the state. They know all about what it really takes to help someone w/an opiate addiction. They treat clients w/dignity, as human beings- something most of society doesn't.*a special note of thanks to Sang and Carol; you know who you are and if it weren't for you, I wouldn't have been able to turn my life around. I love you guys!!!

A friend was in route to this clinic was less than 5 mins away and called to let them know that there was a accident in highway which would prolong them from getting there,so my friend arrived at clinic 3 minutes after closing and was greeted by locked door and somone came out amd said jackie had to make the decision on weather or not they would be let in and not just ine person but a couple,now it should be known that my friend had a small altercation with thus nurse the day before and rather than the nurse saying no we are closed,she came out of the office which im told isn't even near the entrance,just to see who it was amd once she saw it was him whom sge had a issue with the day before she denied not only him but his girlfriend as well and for a place thats supposed to be helping people there are alot of things going on in this place that i feel if the people who actually ran knew about they would have to make many changes because it's run so inefficiently i think your common kitchen manager could run this place more effectively amd take in mind this is a place thats supposed to be helping people change thier lives bit from what im told if you have a job it feels to them like these people wpuld rather them have no jobs so the clients could be fully available for the most simplest things that mostly could be handled by a simple phone call rather than jamming people up who may come on a lunch break amd have no time for unexpected delays amd again things that could be avioded by a simple phone call to get some information they may need prior to your arrival.All in all it seems from what ive been told this place is in major need of a managerial or all around change of who's in charge and it seems like from again what ive seen amd been told that these people treat you like a drug usuer and not a regular memeber of society.

Supposed to be for ADDICTS. But!!! You show you’re an addict bc you will be thrown out. All but maybe 2 counselors are equipped to be helping addicts recover. Front desk chic TAMARA is cool af. Besides that... F this place
